A bit about me.

With over 20 years of experience in the media and creative industries, I am a seasoned leader committed to driving innovative marketing solutions for global brands. As the SVP and Global Head of Client Services at VICE Media, I led the delivery of creative, custom campaigns that resonated with diverse, influential audiences across multiple platforms and channels.

My passion for brand storytelling and my blend of strategic and creative expertise come from my extensive background in media and creative agencies, including Universal McCann, Wieden + Kennedy, and Noble People. I also bring in-depth experience in digital content creation from my time at Refinery29, where I developed award-winning programs for top clients like Amazon, Target, Sephora, Pinterest and Meta.     We created Beauty School— an interactive and engaging content curriculum that expanded the Refinery29 audience’s knowledge and perspective on all things beauty. With rolling content launches and spontaneous trend reporting all year long, we took over the beauty conversation while aligning with key cultural moments. Beauty School put Ulta Beauty in the spotlight as a trusted partner to beauty lovers everywhere regardless of their race, age, or gender.

  • TikTok x Universal Pictures Wicked London Premiere

    In celebration of the global release of Wicked in November 2024, Influencer partnered with TikTok & Universal Pictures to contract, coordinate and send nine African creators from Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa to London for the exclusive European premiere of Universal Pictures' new cinematic event, Wicked. The selected inspirational and innovative creators, including creators from Visionary Voices Africa, participated in various Wicked-themed activations at some of London’s most iconic locations, including an elegant afternoon lunch at Sketch, a festive viewing of the Wicked Christmas tree at St. Pancras Station, and a personalized wallet design experience at Cambridge Satchel. They also had the extraordinary opportunity to meet the film’s stars, Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, during an intimate pre-premiere meet-and-greet at the historic Raffles Hotel.

  • Facebook Dating x 29Rooms

    To drive sign ups for Facebook’s new dating app, we took over 29Rooms Atlanta for one day to create a Facebook-powered live match-making experience with 500+ Atlanta singles. At the event we reimagined an existing 29Rooms room, 29Questions, inviting strangers to connect in a speed-dating experience over a deck of 29 questions inspired by the app. Additionally, we created a Profile Studio, prompting guests to take their best profile photos and drive profile creation. A series of engaging rooms and a local female DJ created a fun and social atmosphere throughout the venue while custom signage, banners and branded graphics created visibility for Facebook throughout the venue.

  • Mazda Heroes

    We launched the Mazda Heroes Contest, designed to uncover 50 selfless individuals performing heroic acts for their communities - from Christie Purvance, the ICU Nurse treating COVID patients while quarantining from her newborn child, to Jason Edreich, the middle-school teacher who taught his students to create PPE via remote learning. Together we told their inspiring and unique stories by producing 13 video portraits, 34 written profiles, and an interactive landing page for new and existing Mazda customers to learn more about Mazda Heroes and Mazda’s commitment to honoring the human spirit.

  • Hornitos Shot Takers

    Hornitos and VICE stopped the clock for three first-generation creators, giving them a grant to bring their biggest ideas to life.  This led to the creation of Shot Takers, a grant program and documentary series capturing the process of idea to prototype for three of the most compelling young creators. Each episode dove deep into the process and inspiration behind each artist’s world, as they worked to bring something new to life - made possible by Hornitos’ grant. Told through a collage of self-shot and cinematic footage, this series is a celebration of what it means to take a shot on yourself.

  • GAP Fit From Dusk til Dawn Event

    Refinery29 x GapFit x Thrillist brought some of LA’s most influential fitness enthusiasts to a helipad situated amongst the famed LA skyline to ask the simple question, Do You Move? This monumental workout led by Equinox superstar Natalie Yco brought to life a high intensity event perfect for showing off the breathable, high performance design of the GapFit collection. DJ Lindsay Luv kept the energy up spinning hit after hit and when guests had broken their final sweat they were treated to cold pressed juice by Juice Served Here, tasty treats from True Foods and invited to participate in an multi-camera stop motion photobooth that captured their best moves!
